Eligibility Test Data

Quadax has set up a process to allow PHI-free testing. When purchasing the Patient Access – Basic Eligibility or Patient Access – Eligibility with Rules product, indicate that PHI-free testing will be required. This will need to be set up by Quadax.

The table below outlines the available test scenarios for performing eligibility testing without PHI for Basic Eligibility and Eligibility with Rules (test scenarios will not work for Advanced Eligibility). Each scenario has a corresponding 270, 271, and eligibility request model within the .ZIP file that can be used for testing.
