Correlation ID

The correlation ID provides the ability to link Quadax API calls to the calling system. A correlation ID, in the format of a GUID, will be automatically generated by Quadax when an API request is received. The ID will be passed back in the response header of the API call with the field name X-Correlation-ID. The correlation ID is useful for point-in-time troubleshooting. If the data being received is different from the expected data, contact Quadax support at RACallCenter@quadax.com and provide the correlation ID. Quadax will be able to pinpoint the exact request using this ID.

Note: Quadax does not support correlation IDs sent in the request header of API calls. If X-Correlation-ID is included in the request, an error message will be displayed and the request cannot be submitted.
