Eligibility Payer Status

Eligibility Payer Status enables you to quickly and easily identify the status of network outages for Medicare, Medicaid, and over 500 major commercial payers that offer eligibility verification. This resource can be accessed at https://patientaccess.quadax.com/payerstatus/index.html.

Current Payer Status

The page displays the real-time status of payer connectivity for eligibility transactions. To sort, click a column heading. To reverse the sort order, click the column heading again. Note: The sort option will be retained when the page is refreshed, which occurs every 15 minutes.

Filters

To view payers with a specific network status, select one or more check boxes in the Filters panel on the left. The results will be updated immediately.

To search by payer name, begin typing the name of the desired payer in the search box. A list will appear under the box with any payer names containing the entered text string in bold. The list is alphabetized, but the most relevant results are listed first. Select a payer from this list or click elsewhere on the page to close it. The Current Payer Status table is filtered as you type to show only matching payers. If no results match, a message will indicate that no results could be found.

The filters can be used together to further limit search results. For example, if you type MED, any payers containing MED will be returned. Under Only Show, if you select Down, only payers with a down network status and containing MED in the name will be returned.
